Buyer Packages

Support for every step of your buyer's transaction, from the first offer to the closing table.

Core $250 · Concierge $450

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

BUYER CORE — $250

  • Buyer agency agreement and brokerage forms prepared and routed after your approval

  • One standard MAR or GCAAR offer prepared from your instructions

  • Signature routing, addenda and amendments

  • Compliance review for missing signatures, initials, dates and disclosures

  • File setup and maintenance, with portal access for you and your client

  • Final closing documents delivered to your buyer

DEPOSIT & BALANCE

  • Buyer Core: $100 deposit to start, $150 due at closing

  • Buyer Concierge: $150 deposit to start, $300 due at closing

BUYER CONCIERGE — $450

  • Everything in Buyer Core, plus:

  • Buyer onboarding consultation and CPCO Buyer Guide

  • Introductions and updates with the lender, title, inspector, co-op agent and vendors

  • Transaction timeline with reminders and escalations

  • Inspection, appraisal access, walkthrough and home warranty coordination

  • Lender and title check-ins, and pre-closing reminders for your buyer

  • Settlement statement review for obvious discrepancies

GOOD TO KNOW

  • You review and approve every document, offer and communication before it goes out

  • CPCO provides administrative support only; client advice, negotiation and deadlines stay with you

Support for every step of your listing, from the listing agreement to the closing table.

Core $350 · Concierge $550

SELLER CORE — $350

  • Listing agreement and brokerage forms prepared and routed after your approval

  • Bright MLS entry, draft listing description, photo and document uploads

  • ShowingTime setup and updates

  • Offer ratification support, addenda and amendments

  • Compliance review, file setup and portal access

  • Final closing documents delivered to your seller

SELLER CONCIERGE — $550

  • Everything in Seller Core, plus:

  • Seller onboarding consultation and CPCO Seller Guide

  • Disclosure form support (flagging unanswered items)

  • Sign, photography, virtual tour, lockbox and showing coordination

  • Branded brochure, flyer, social graphics and Just Listed / Just Sold postcard designs

  • Listing and transaction timeline with reminders and escalations

  • Title, payoff, HOA/condo requests and settlement logistics

  • Printing, postage, photography and other vendor costs are separate

DEPOSIT & GOOD TO KNOW

  • Seller Core: $175 deposit to start, $175 due at closing

  • Seller Concierge: $275 deposit to start, $275 due at closing

  • You review and approve every document, MLS entry and communication before it goes out

À La Carte & Hours

Need one document, not a full file? Order focused support on its own. À la carte services are paid in full when ordered. You review and approve every document before it goes out.

From $25 per order

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET. Weekend service (Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET) +$50. Evening service (Monday–Friday, 5:00–8:00 PM ET) +$25. Rush (same business day) +$50, based on availability. Response time: within 1 business day.

  • Buyer Agency Agreement — $25: prepared from your details and routed for signature; one set of edits

  • Seller Agency Agreement — $65: prepared and routed for signature; one set of edits; optional seller disclosure support call $25

  • Offer Writing — $55: offer and customary addenda from your terms; one set of edits

  • Additional edits — $10 per set, on any à la carte document
